About Me

I am excited to introduce myself, Abigail Johnson, the owner of Manaaki Property Management.​

Growing up my parents owned several rental properties and I have always loved helping out with all they did for finding and selecting tenants, coming along for inspections and even lending a hand with any repairs and maintenance. I learned so much about landlord responsibilities but also the care, sacrifice and work that goes into being a landlord.

My interest in property only grew and I asked to manage all of my parents properties, and spent a lot of time learning landlord's responsibilities, and treating every property with the personal care and  attention they deserve.​

I understand that your property is an investment, and it is my job to protect and care for it. Ensuring all your responsibilities are adhered to but doing this in a way that suits the needs of each landlord.​
